About the Role

CCW Inc. is seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team. As a Cabinetmaker, you will be responsible for operating woodworking machines, cutting, shaping, and forming parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Machine Operation: Operate power saws, jointers, mortisers, and shapers to cut, shape, and form parts and components.
  • Plan Interpretation: Study plans, specifications, or drawings of articles to be made.
  • Assembly and Finishing: Trim joints and fit parts and subassemblies together to form a complete unit and reinforce joints.
  • Surface Preparation: Sand wooden surfaces and apply veneer, stain, or polish to finished products.
  • Estimation and Repair: Estimate costs and materials, and repair or restyle wooden furniture, fixtures, and related products.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and productivity.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
