About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Extox Industries Inc. As an Office Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Office Management: Assist with the management of our office, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, including compiling statistics and reports.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent experience.
  • Work Setting: Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
