We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Dspot Dessert Cafe. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our dessert cafe during your shift.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Train and supervise staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory and Supply Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive customer experience.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and optimize operations.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 30 to 40 hours of work per week.
