Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Talent Harbour. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment for executive and senior-level roles across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving new business development and nurturing existing accounts.
  • Source, screen, and interview top-tier candidates to match them with client needs.
  • Provide strategic input to clients throughout the hiring process to ensure successful placements.
  • Conduct regular client and candidate check-ins to ensure smooth processes and long-term satisfaction.
  • Utilize recruitment tools and platforms to manage candidate pipelines, track metrics, and report on progress.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets to drive the firm's growth.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a 360 recruiter or in a similar senior recruitment role.
  • Proven success in placing candidates across a range of industries, particularly at the executive and senior levels.
  • Strong business development acumen, with a track record of securing and managing high-level client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and develop long-lasting partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
