Job Title: Engineer In Training

Brock Group is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Engineer In Training to join our estimating team. As an EIT, you will play a crucial role in accurately calculating the total costs associated with tendering scopes of work in the Industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Compile estimates of how much it will cost to provide clients with products or services.
  • Determine the material, labour, and equipment required for projects.
  • Analyze quotes from suppliers and sub-contractors.
  • Work under the supervision of an Engineer to achieve a Professional Engineer designation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in construction.
  • Ability to problem-solve, organize, and prioritize in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
