Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Operations Manager to join our team at 2837266 ONTARIO LTD. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our bakery, ensuring the highest quality products are produced and delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Development: Develop and implement new recipes and product lines to meet customer demands and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to produce high-quality products.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all products meet our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Work with our sales team to develop and implement sales and merchandising strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a bakery or related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
