Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Service Shop Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you'll provide expert advice and problem-solving skills to ensure our customers' equipment is in top condition.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and disassemble bicycles, skis, and snowboards
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and signed before releasing equipment to customers

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is an asset
  • Previous Service Shop experience is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
  • Positive work attitude and strong attention to detail
