Job Title: Nail Salon Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at ELISA NAILS & SPA LIMITED. As a key member of our salon team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our nail services, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and manage the work of nail technicians to ensure efficient service delivery and meet customer demand.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and productivity in nail services.
  • Requisition and manage inventory of nail supplies and equipment.
  • Train and develop nail technicians to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other salon team members to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 32 to 40 hours per week.
