Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team at MP BOOKKEEPING. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting Standards Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations, including GAAP and tax laws.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in bookkeeping and accounting.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, including QuickBooks and Simply Accounting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
