Food Mart Team Lead

FESTIVAL FOOD MART is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grocery Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate our sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, cash handling, and store maintenance.
- Merchandising and Visual Displays: Develop and implement effective merchandising and visual display strategies to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory reports, and other data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or grocery store environment.
- Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
FESTIVAL FOOD MART is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Grocery Store Supervisor, you will be required to work in a non-smoking, air-conditioned environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
