Senior AI Game Designer

We're seeking a seasoned Senior AI Game Designer to join our creative team and contribute to the development of our next-generation game. As a key member of our design team, you'll be responsible for crafting engaging game systems and mechanics that drive player excitement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our creative leadership to translate game vision into practical and achievable designs.
  • Design and develop end-to-end game features and systems, ensuring responsiveness and playability.
  • Implement designs in Unreal or similar game engines, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation.
  • Work closely with production to define game mechanics budget, priorities, and schedule.
  • Guide the team through feature development and iteration, fostering a culture of elegant design and adaptive problem-solving.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in video game development on AAA titles.
  • Proven track record of implementing designs in Unreal or similar game engines.
  • Expertise in feature design, with a focus on creating engaging gameplay that drives player engagement.
