Senior Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to support the implementation of SharePoint and other data modernization initiatives for our valued Public Sector client.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting requirements gathering and road mapping for these initiatives, working closely with the project team to develop high-level functional and technical requirements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct requirements gathering for new and amended regulatory returns
  • Review and propose improvements to processes in support of governance initiatives
  • Conduct requirements gathering and data analysis in support of major projects, including data collection modernization, business intelligence modernization, and the implementation of advanced analytics
  • Develop high-level functional and technical requirements and specifications using business process maps, use cases, joint application development (JAD) sessions, and documented outcomes
  • Document user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Develop test plans and test cases
  • Support the project team in the preparation of training materials and the delivery of training sessions relating to the system and/or process
Requirements
  • Experience with migrating on-premise workloads
  • Experience supporting the planning of SharePoint solutions
  • Experience performing BPR on ITIL processes, including process documentation, implementation, and enhancements
  • Business Analyst-related certification
