Job Summary

We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to create an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in processing merchandise, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and upholding our company's values.

Responsibilities

  • Process and prepare merchandise for sale, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient processing of merchandise, minimizing errors and delays.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store appearance, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
