Customer Service Associate Job Description

This role involves providing customer service by completing tasks related to receiving and processing merchandise in a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare the sales floor for store opening
  • Set, merchandise and sign features
  • Unload trailers and pull pallets to the sales floor
  • Label and place merchandise in backroom bins/stocking
  • Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
  • Assist in stocking the sales floor and provide customer service as needed
  • Contribute to a safe, clean and hazard-free work environment
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move merchandise
  • Basic math skills
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous retail experience
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
