FSQA Coordinator Job Description

Aspire Bakeries is a leading North American baking company with a strong presence in the specialty frozen baked goods market. As a FSQA Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our critical documentation. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage document control processes will be essential in maintaining our company's AIMS documents within our ETQ system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create, update, and maintain the master document control list for AIMS documents
  • Update, store, and manage all AIMS documents in ETQ
  • Enter, scan, update, archive, and upload all AIMS documents in ETQ
  • Oversee the storage and retrieval of AIMS documents in ETQ
  • Collect and prepare supporting documentation for all department AIMS documents
  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness for all department AIMS documents
  • Remove obsolete documents
  • Oversee review and revision control for all AIMS documents in ETQ
  • Process controlled documentation within the ETQ system
  • Review documentation packages for accuracy and conformance to established guidelines, policies, and practices
  • Format and structure record and data entry work
  • Investigate and analyze data to produce change control documents
  • Maintain master copies of documents and assist in storing documents by scanning and other methods for archiving materials
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma required
  • Diploma in a relevant field preferred
  • Attention to detail, accountability, written and verbal communication skills, data collection and analysis
  • Administrative experience and computer literacy skills
  • Strong organizational skills
