We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Dania Care Services Limited Partnership.

Job Summary:

The Healthcare Support Worker will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with medication administration and monitoring.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Availability for shift or on-call work.
