Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of security guards, ensuring they are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
  • Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Security Guard License.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound judgments.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods. The ability to work under pressure is essential.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
