Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Software Engineering Team Lead to join our team at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, Inc. as a key member of our leadership team. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for driving the development of our flagship product and leading a dedicated team of software engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead a team of software engineers in the development of our flagship product, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
  • Technical Vision: Develop and communicate a technical vision for the team, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
  • People Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of the team, including performance management, career development, and talent acquisition.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, architecture, and design, to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning meetings to drive business growth and product innovation.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of relevant technical experience, with 3+ years of leadership experience.
  • Skills: Proven experience with Java, React, PostgreSQL, and Scala, as well as knowledge of agile methodologies and microservice architecture.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to present complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
