Job Title: Manager, Software Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned software engineering leader to join our team at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies, Inc. As the Manager, Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the transformation of our flagship product from desktop to web-based application.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a dedicated team of software engineers in the development of our web-based application.
  • Develop and implement strategies for the growth and development of engineers through skills development, objectives, and goal setting.
  • Assign work to software engineering team members and evaluate individual performance.
  • Collaborate with other managers, stakeholders, and contractors to ensure the best outcomes for our products and customers.
  • Participate in strategic planning meetings with product management, architecture, and design.
  • Build cross-department relationships centered on executing company strategy.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five to seven years of relevant technical experience.
  • Three or more years of leading software engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, React, PostgreSQL, and Scala.
  • Experience in a microservice architecture based in AWS.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies, values, and procedures.
