Job Title: Cook, Ethnic Foods Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook, Ethnic Foods Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of ethnic dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Plan and prepare menus for our ethnic cuisine offerings, taking into account customer preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Cooking and Food Preparation: Cook and prepare a variety of ethnic dishes, including meats, vegetables, and grains, to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards and that the kitchen is run efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Restaurant.
