- Dust and sanitize surfaces including windows, doors, ceilings, mirrors, light fixtures, air vents, and furniture.
- Disinfect items such as trash bins, sinks, and toilets while ensuring supplies like trash bags, soap, and towels are replenished.
- Maintain carpets and rugs through vacuuming, shampooing, and other cleaning techniques.
- Strip and launder bedding, making beds according to specified guidelines.
- Adhere to established cleaning protocols and safety standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and maintenance needs in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure proper maintenance and usage of all cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Report any client concerns or maintenance requirements to management.
- High School education is required.
- Prior cleaning experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Physical capability to perform the duties associated with the position.
