Job Description

At Saab's Trucking Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Consultant to join our team. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be responsible for administering programs to promote industrial and commercial business investment in rural and urban areas. Your excellent oral and written communication skills will enable you to respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities. You will also advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies, assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, and other material, and co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions. Additionally, you will gather, research, and prepare communications material, initiate and maintain contact with the media, and provide consulting services to government and other organizations. Your analytical skills will be essential in conducting marketing studies and social or economic surveys to assess development of potential and future trends. You will also review and evaluate commercial or industrial development proposals, design market research questionnaires, and evaluate customer service and store environments. As a Business Development Consultant, you will be required to conduct online marketing, E-commerce, and Website promotions, prepare funding applications, develop marketing strategies, and develop and implement business plans.
