We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our team.

Leadership & Team Development:
In this role, you will actively mentor and guide junior consultants, aiding in their professional growth and providing timely, constructive feedback.

Client Collaboration:
Your interactions with clients will encompass defining challenges, structuring solutions, enhancing client operations, coaching, and managing transitions. You will ensure consistent and proactive communication with clients, fostering relationships and engaging in business development efforts, including client presentations and proposal submissions.

Project Management:
You will supervise project delivery from inception to conclusion, acting as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights, and identifying avenues for enhancement.

Requirements include:

  • 7+ years of experience in a leading consulting firm with a demonstrated record of leadership.
  • Expertise in proposal development, report generation, and client presentation creation.
  • A consulting mindset characterized by structured reasoning and an unwavering commitment to impact.
  • Capability to present to senior management for training and reporting purposes.
