Responsibilities:- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers and financial statements.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with all tax regulations.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Skills: Basic security clearance, ability to work independently, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, overtime required, repetitive tasks, and work under pressure.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
