Job Summary:

As a Bookkeeping Specialist at PH SAULT INC, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and performing various accounting tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts

Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
