- Human Resources Support: Assist with personnel selection and related HR functions.
- Reporting: Prepare and balance period-end reports, ensuring payroll reconciles with bank statements.
- Documentation: Complete and submit necessary paperwork for benefits administration, including pension plans and medical insurance.
- Employee Communication: Inform staff about payroll inquiries and benefit plans.
- Statistical Analysis: Compile and analyze payroll statistics and reports.
- Work Environment Evaluation: Assess workplace programs and procedures to enhance safety and efficiency.
- Attendance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and overtime for payroll calculations.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks as required.
- Client Invoicing: Process invoices for clients in a timely manner.
- Proficient in Human Resources Software
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows
- Successful completion of a criminal record check
- Completion of a credit check
- Access to personal transportation is required
