We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Adventure Canada. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our managers and employees, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Development and Implementation

Develop, implement, and maintain human resources policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and objectives.

Employee Relations

Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on human resources policies, benefit programs, and collective agreements.

Recruitment and Hiring

Coordinate the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to attract and select top talent.

Employee Data and Information

Oversee the analysis and maintenance of employee data and information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Communication and Reporting

Develop and implement communication strategies to keep employees informed about company news, policies, and procedures.

Payroll Administration

Oversee payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employees.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.

Experience

3 years to less than 5 years of experience in human resources.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Computer Skills

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and project management software.
