We are seeking a skilled Equestrian Rider to join our team at 2299443 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assessing performance after an event to identify strengths and weaknesses, attending scheduled practice and training sessions, and training under the direction of a coach or trainer to qualify for competition.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Assessment: Evaluate the performance of riders and horses after events to identify areas of improvement.
- Practice and Training: Attend scheduled practice and training sessions to develop and refine riding skills.
- Training and Development: Train under the direction of a coach or trainer to qualify for competition and improve overall performance.
- Animal Handling: Safely handle and care for horses, ensuring their health and well-being.
- Animal Health Monitoring: Monitor the health and well-being of horses, identifying any potential issues or concerns.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in equestrian riding or a related field.
- Area of Specialization: Horses.
- Personal Suitability: Strong judgement, reliability, and a commitment to excellence.
- Work Terms: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 35 hours per week.
