We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Equestrian Rider to join our team at 2299443 ONTARIO INC. As an Equestrian Rider, you will be responsible for assessing performance after an event to identify strengths and weaknesses, attending scheduled practice and training sessions, and training under the direction of a coach or trainer to qualify for competition.
Key Responsibilities- Performance Assessment: Evaluate the performance of horses and riders after events to identify areas of improvement.
- Training and Development: Attend scheduled practice and training sessions to improve riding skills and knowledge.
- Animal Care: Monitor the health and well-being of horses, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
- Specialization: Focus on horse riding and equine performance, with a specialization in horses.
- Personal Qualities: Possess strong judgement and reliability, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of horse riding and equine performance.
- Permanent Employment: A permanent position with a stable and reputable company.
- English Language: A work environment where English is the primary language spoken.
- 35 Hours per Week: A standard full-time schedule with 35 hours of work per week.
