Job Title: Retail Sales Clerk

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Clerk to join our team at NOVA SCOTIA LIMITED.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and provide information about products and services.
  • Sales Transactions: Operate a cash register, process payments, and handle customer returns and exchanges.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and displaying merchandise.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
  • Work Setting: Supermarket/grocery store or convenience store.
