Food Service Attendant

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Attendant to join our team at Coco Fresh Tea & Juice. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Package take-out food and prepare it for delivery to our customers.
- Portion and wrap foods to meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to ensure a fresh and abundant selection of food and beverages.
- Take customers' orders and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Handle and store cleaning products safely and efficiently.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
As a Food Service Attendant at Coco Fresh Tea & Juice, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
Physical DemandsThe physical demands of this role include lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and working in a standing position for extended periods.
