We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Motel Cleaner at Satellite Motel. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities- Floor Care: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure a clean and safe environment for our guests.
- Dusting and Polishing: Dust all furniture and fixtures, and polish any metal or glass surfaces to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- Laundry and Linens: Make beds, change sheets, and wash and iron linens to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
- Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Additional Tasks: Wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and perform other tasks as needed to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and common areas.
As a Motel Cleaner, you will work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. You will be required to lift, bend, and stand for long periods of time, and may be exposed to cleaning chemicals and other hazards.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
