We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineering Technician to join our team at WATER TECH PLUMBING AND HEATING LTD.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the inspection of mechanical installations and construction projects to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct a range of mechanical tests and analyses of machines, components, and materials to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Design and develop tools, moulds, jigs, and fixtures to support the manufacturing process.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Prepare and interpret engineering design, drawings, and specifications to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Prepare contracts and tenders to secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain standards and schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Supervise, monitor, and inspect mechanical installations and construction projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a competitive salary and benefits package.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
