About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Crowchild Physiotherapy Inc. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to promote our services and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Communication Strategies

Design and implement comprehensive communication plans to engage with our target audience and promote our brand.

Evaluate Communication Strategies and Programs

Monitor and analyze the performance of our marketing campaigns to identify areas for improvement and optimize our strategies for better results.

Implement Communication Strategies and Programs

Execute marketing plans and programs to achieve our business objectives, including the creation and dissemination of marketing materials such as reports, briefs, and website content.

Prepare Written Material

Develop high-quality written content, including reports, briefs, and website content, to support our marketing efforts.

Supervise Professional and Support Staff

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals and support staff to ensure the successful execution of our marketing plans.

Perform Administrative Tasks

Manage administrative tasks related to marketing, including data analysis and reporting.

Conduct Comparative Research

Conduct research to compare and evaluate marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products.

Advise Clients

Provide expert advice to clients on advertising and sales promotion strategies.

Assist in Preparation of Marketing Materials

Support the preparation of marketing materials, including brochures, reports, and newsletters.

Conduct Analytical Marketing Studies

Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing data to inform our marketing strategies.

Develop Marketing Strategies

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our services and products.

Maintain and Manage Digital Database

Manage and maintain our digital database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

Consult with Clients

Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients to ensure their marketing needs are met.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in digital marketing.

Work Setting

Remote location with occasional on-site work.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

Work under pressure, tight deadlines, and fast-paced environment.
