LutherCare Communities stands as a premier provider of residential communities and supportive healthcare services, boasting over 65 years of experience.

Our offerings encompass long-term care, community day programs for adults, senior housing, home support, intermediate care facilities, group living arrangements, and subsidized family accommodations.

The Chief Change Officer (CCO) plays a pivotal role within LutherCare Communities (LCC), collaborating with fellow LCC leaders as part of a cross-functional team to fulfill the organizational objectives and aspirations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), the CCO is tasked with formulating and implementing strategies that align with the overarching business plan and strategic vision of LCC.

Under the guidance of the CEO, the CCO will provide insights to the Board of Directors to assist in fulfilling its governance responsibilities.

Support the CEO in the formulation of the corporate strategic plan and the annual review process.

Foster and sustain effective internal relationships, partnerships, and alliances that promote robust engagement and cross-functional management throughout the organization.

Establish evaluation frameworks and service delivery models for each division's functions, services, budgets, and risk management.

Develop policies and procedures that champion excellence in enhancing resident care and service delivery.

Ensure that the portfolio adheres to the necessary standards for licensing, accreditation, legal, and regulatory compliance.

In fulfilling these responsibilities, the CCO will:

Guarantee that the organization complies with all pertinent legislation and directives as outlined in LCC Policies and procedures.

Possess 15+ years of experience in human resources, including a minimum of five years in Senior Leadership roles.

~ Hold a bachelor's or master's degree in human resources or business administration.
