We are seeking a skilled Welder Specialist to join our team at NSB Supply Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of metal fabrication and welding processes.
Key Responsibilities- Interpretation and Execution: Interpret welding process specifications and execute manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment operations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment, brakes, shears, and other metal shaping, straightening, and bending machines.
- Quality Control: Determine weldability of materials and ensure that all metal parts and products meet the required standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment.
- Production Line Management: Start up, shut down, adjust, and monitor robotic welding production lines.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Environment: Hot, noisy, and dirty work site environment.
- Work Setting: Various locations, institutional, and residential settings.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
