Clinical Director

About the Role:
Mindsoother Therapy Center is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Director to lead our clinical team. As a key member of our leadership team, the Clinical Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of our center and driving the growth and development of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical caseloads and provide supervision to both provisionally and fully licensed clinicians.
- Develop and implement new therapeutic programs for clients and trainings for clinicians.
- Ensure administrative health of the practice in keeping with practice protocols and codes of ethics.
- Supervise Site Manager and address site issues with building management.
- Collaborate with community practices and centers to promote our clinical services.
- Maintain a safe, non-judgmental, and affirming environment for clients and team members.
Requirements:
- Full Clinical License as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Experience in clinical supervision and leadership.
- Strong organizational and implementation skills.
- Passion for mentoring and teaching toward clinical and administrative excellence.
