Parexel's Medical Sciences Team is seeking a dedicated and experienced Medical Director to join our growing Clinical Neurosciences division.

As a Medical Director, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of medical excellence throughout our clinical trials. You will provide expert guidance on protocol development, data analysis, and safety monitoring, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive medical oversight for assigned clinical trials, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical principles.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert consultation on medical aspects of the trial process.
  • Review and analyze safety data, identifying potential adverse events and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of clinical protocols, reports, and publications, ensuring accuracy and scientific rigor.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
Your Qualifications:
  • Possess an MD degree from an accredited medical school and be board-certified in Neurology (or Canadian equivalent).
  • Have extensive experience in adult neurocognitive disorders, including Alzheimer's disease.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of clinical trial design, conduct, and regulatory requirements.
  • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
