Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the senior academic team, including coordinating meetings, scheduling appointments, and preparing correspondence.
- Project Coordination: Assist with the coordination of projects, including the development and implementation of governance frameworks and processes.
- Committee Support: Maintain files for campus-wide academic and operational committees, including Academic Council, Campus Operations Committee, and ad hoc committees.
- Documentation and Scheduling: Update and disseminate term and annual campus governance and administration schedules, and maintain currency of campus Faculty Handbook.
- Communication and Collaboration: Foster collaboration and open communication with staff, faculty, students, and third-party partners.
- Education and Experience: Diploma or degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience in a higher education environment.
- Project Management Skills: Experience coordinating projects from end to end, with a focus on accomplishing milestones and resolving issues.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with project management, productivity, and communication tools.
- Interpersonal Skills: Professional communication skills, including conducting and tracking research, writing documentation, and creating reports.
