Millwright Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Patron Career Staffing. As a Maintenance Millwright, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Preventive Maintenance: Complete routine maintenance tasks on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical issues using precision measuring and testing instruments, and by following diagrams, sketches, and manufacturer's instructions.
- Equipment Repair: Remove and replace defective parts, and perform repairs on machinery and equipment using hand and power tools.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment, parts, and supplies, and order replacements as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with production staff to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to company procedures and ISO regulations.
- At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Millwright or in a related field.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor and work in a fast-paced environment.
