Job Summary:

Onedersquad is seeking a skilled Millwright Mechanic to join our team as an Equipment Specialist. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs on machinery and equipment to prevent downtime and ensure production quality.
  • Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble mechanical components to maintain optimal equipment performance.
  • Inspect and troubleshoot machinery and mechanical systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Utilize various tools, measuring devices, and diagnostic equipment to perform repairs and maintain equipment.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of production lines and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Document maintenance activities, including repairs, parts used, and work performed, to ensure accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A valid Millwright license is mandatory for this position.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Millwright Mechanic or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues.
  • Experience working with manufacturing machinery and equipment, including knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints to perform repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with other team members and maintain a positive working relationship.
  • Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting heavy objects and working in confined spaces.
