### Job Summary

As a Principal Mechanical Engineer at Framatome, you will play a key role in delivering clean, safe energy and advancing nuclear technology. This full-time position requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in system engineering and design review processes.

### Key Responsibilities

* Perform standard engineering assignments in areas of design, development, analysis, evaluation, testing, and preparation of specifications
* Complete field visits to support engineering work development
* Liaise with clients to ensure solutions meet underlying needs
* Complete engineering deliverables to support plant lifetime operations

### Requirements

* BS in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
* 8+ years of experience in an engineering role
* Registered for a Professional Engineering License (P. Eng)
* Strong knowledge of CSA N285.0, CSA B51, CSA N299/Z299, ASME BPVC
* Familiarity with CSA S16, CSA N289, National Building Code of Canada, ASME B30.20
* Proficient in engineering software tools such as ANSYS, AutoPIPE, AutoCAD, Solid Works, MicroShield
