TD Wealth Compliance Department

As a key member of the TD Wealth Compliance Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of regulatory and compliance issues across our businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain senior and executive management reports, as well as board reports, to ensure timely and accurate information is provided.
  • Develop proactive strategies, tactics, policies, and programs to effectively manage regulatory and compliance issues in collaboration with executive teams and business management.
  • Support the development of Compliance enterprise-wide and Wealth Compliance department frameworks, policies, standards, and procedures in line with TD's Compliance Program.
  • Contribute to cross-functional and enterprise initiatives as an organizational or subject matter expert, helping to identify risks and provide guidance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements, assessing potential impacts and participating in knowledge transfer within the team and Compliance.
Requirements:
  • University or College degree and a minimum of five years of relevant business, Compliance, Legal, or risk management experience.
  • Experience in compliance or risk management programs is highly desirable.
