Occupational Therapist II

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist II to join our Primary Care team at Northern Health Authority. As an Occupational Therapist II, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and deliver health services coordinated through the Primary Care Home.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans
- Provide competent, safe, and ethical care for patients and their families in various settings
- Apply evidence-informed practice to achieve effective outcomes related to patient participation in valued activities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery
- Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program
- Registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia
- Excellent assessment and treatment skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
