About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Employment Agency Manager to join our team at Best Royal Recruiting & Immigration. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning, administering, and controlling budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Planning and Control: Develop and implement effective budget plans to ensure the successful execution of client projects and contracts.
  • Policy Development: Create and maintain policies and procedures for our establishments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Client Project Administration: Oversee the administration of client projects, including coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Supervision: Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
