- Oversee and guide kitchen personnel to ensure efficient operations.

- Design and plan menus that reflect our culinary vision while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Address and accommodate dietary restrictions and food allergies of patrons.
- Provide training and mentorship to kitchen staff to enhance their skills.
- Manage portion sizes and control food costs effectively.
- Participate in initiatives that support newcomers, refugees, youth, and Indigenous communities.
- Assist individuals with settlement challenges and promote social integration.
- Support the recruitment of those affected by conflicts or natural disasters.
- Facilitate foreign credential recognition and cultural competency training.
- Connect Indigenous employees with community Elders for mentorship.
- Type: Permanent position.
- Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is necessary.
- Hours: Expected weekly hours range from 30 to 36.
