Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at Hospitality Inn Hotel. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Select and purchase equipment and supplies to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency in our housekeeping operations.
- Plan and coordinate the activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews to ensure seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Conduct regular inspections of assigned areas to identify and address any issues or concerns.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
- Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met at all times.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair services to maintain the integrity of our facilities.
- Maintain accurate inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations.
- Coordinate in-house laundry services to ensure timely and efficient processing of linens and uniforms.
- Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure optimal coverage and productivity.
- Coordinate dry cleaning and valet services to provide exceptional service to our guests.
- Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
- Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a team player attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- English language proficiency.
- Availability to work 30 to 40 hours per week.
