Job Title: Construction Site Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at Homelife Construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, including laborers, tradespeople, and equipment operators.
  • Ensure that all construction activities are carried out in accordance with safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and control costs, including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve construction efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including procurement, HR, and finance, to ensure that construction projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • High school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
