Overview:
The Group Disability Business Enablement Team at Company 1 - The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company is on the lookout for a skilled RPA Solutions Engineer to spearhead the deployment of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and web-based innovations in partnership with various business stakeholders. In this role, you will collaborate closely with analysts and consultants to deliver effective automation solutions, optimizing the use of technology and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential automation initiatives and evaluate their feasibility
- Analyze and document existing business workflows
- Design, develop, and configure automation solutions tailored to business needs
- Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation
- Support current processes and implement necessary changes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within automation workflows
- Engage in Agile methodologies and communicate associated risks
- Develop testing procedures and scenarios
- Assist Operational Teams during the deployment phase
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automation Development
