Position Overview

The Motel Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily functions of the establishment, ensuring a seamless experience for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years of relevant experience is necessary.
Work Environment

This position is set within a hotel, motel, or resort environment, requiring a dynamic approach to management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement work schedules and operational procedures.
  • Perform duties similar to those of the team members being supervised.
  • Compile and present reports on operational performance.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review tasks among staff members.
  • Ensure the functionality of computer systems and equipment, arranging repairs as needed to maintain service quality.
  • Order necessary materials and supplies to support operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This role involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in MS Outlook is essential for effective communication and scheduling.
